Microsoft Access 97

Hello all. I would appreciate any help I can get :) I
have a Windows NT4 box, SP6, MS Office 2000 with Access
97 installed (no access 2000). when I am attempting to
launch MS Access 97, I get an error "A system error has
occurred, or there isn't enough free memory to start
Microsoft Access. Close unneeded programs and try again."

Any thoughts on the solution for this problem?
