Microsoft Access, Cant Access Design Menu

After opening a form normally and then clicking on the tools menu and
choosing View and then Design , it gives me a error message and I cant
use the design feature.

This occured after (I believe) installin gig89.dll and registering it as
well as using the module clsFormAnimate and ModFormAnimate.

Error Message is this :



Microsoft Access can't run the Macro or callback function 'FDesign'

Make sure the macro or function exists and takes the correct parameters.



A friend of mine has the same problem and he re-installed office and
access and it still didn't work.



Any suggestions of how to fix this problem ?
