Microsoft Access Can't Open the Mail Session.

ACC97: Error Message: "Microsoft Access Can't Open the
Mail Session. Check Your Mail Application to Make Sure
That It's Working Properly."

I´ve got this error, a try to crrect with this article,
but the register key doesn´t exist !!!!
What can i do, more !!!
