Microsoft Access forms

I created a form with command buttons that are other
forms in the main form. How do I get the "command
button" forms to attach to the each record individually.

When I start the second record, the "command button"
forms are still at the first record input.

Could you explain what this means? A Command Button is one type of
control; a Form is an altogether different type of control. I have no
idea what "command buttons that are other forms" means.
