Microsoft Access on PDA

Maybe a daft question, but does anyone know whether Access XP can run on
Microsoft software for Pocket PC? To be even more ambitious (!) can it run
an access data project? Seeing how the power is rising - 400 MHZ - and
memory 128 MB and presumably external storage, they seem to be developing
quite a lot of processing capability.
