Can I convert a bmp photo to a jpg? I can do it in my WAY old version of Adobe Photo Deluxe by saving a photo for email. It seems to me, that here, in Access Picture MAnager, I can compress or resize, but the photo is still a bmp. If you have an answer, please email me. Thanks so much for your time. Pam

You do not say what version of Office you are using, but you mentioned Picture Manager, so I'll assume it's Office 2003.
If so you might as well use your old editing software. Or if you can find a copy of Microsoft PhotoDraw you can do what you are asking.
Or any photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Elements or JASC Paint Shop Pro will do a save as to your prefered file format.
