microsoft access wizards

When I select a wizard, whether in table, query, or
report, etc, the wizard does not open. How do I solve
this problem. I can only create things in design view.

What version of Access are you running? Were the wizards installed? Normally, that is a separate installation choice depending on the version of Access.
