Hello, I'm a student using Microsoft Access, and im making
a database. I want a database as an ordering system, and
Ive seem to have a problem with making a reordering stock
system. What i want is, a system selling CD's (my
database) and then every time one is sold, one is taken of
the amount availaible in stock. Therefore its automactic,
and when the stock is below a certain amount, can i get
the database to produce some kind of form or receipt
showing the reorder system. I think this is known as JUST
IN TIME, reordering. Ive not yet started making my
database, and im only at the period of designing it.
Please may ANYONE, give me any tip on doing this?

Just-in-time re-ordering also means that you have to factor in the lead
times of stock receipts from your supplier - so that means calculating usage
rates as well.
Not quite th asnwer to your question, just another muddying factor to be
considered!
