My comments for Microsoft Office Accounting Pro 2007 are:
Country does not appear on invoice screen
Cannot have a different bill to and ship to person or company name on invoices
Cannot create a PO with a drop-ship to customer
Cannot maintain a single location for templates that all client PC’s look to
Cannot search by dollar amount for PO’s or Invoices
Paid invoice do not reflect paid status – still show total amount
No way to easily spot which orders (invoices) have been shipped
Item details to do not reveal average item cost
Cannot change default subject line when sending (emailing) invoices
No way to add default message to emailed invoices
No way to display customer email address on invoice screen
Cannot import payroll data from Bank of America payroll services
Cannot query on comments or notes on PO’s or Invoices
Line items on purchase orders with a $0 amount do not print out
