Microsoft ActiveSync Error Message

"There was no reponse from your mobile device while
checking for out-of-date Appointments."


Does anyone know how to fix this. I am trying to sync by
pocket pc with my desktop computer. I have Windows 2000
Prof operating system, and Office 2002 Prof, with
ActiveSync 7.0 for my Dell Asim X5. The Dell Axim has
Microsoft 2003 for pocket pc.
