Microsoft Antispyware

Was not sure which discussion group to select but hope someone can advise on
the following problem.

When I first started using Microsoft Antispyware, its icon would appear in
the system tray at start up and the scans and updates would take place at the
times I had selected. Since having a PC Health Check, I have to open the
programme and initiate a scan each day before it is effective. Once I have
done this its icon appears in the system tray.

My question is - How can I get the programme to start when I switch on the
computer - as my antivirus and firewall do - with its icon in the system tray?

Hope someone can help -

Microsoft has set up news groups specifically for discussion of the
antispyware beta program.

You'll find them here:

http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?ICP=spyware&sLCID=us

Please browse through the groups to see if someone has a similar problem and
if a fix is available, if not, you can post your question to the appropriate
group.

I did explain I was not sure that this was the appropriate group for my query
- but a search for MS Antispyware directed me to it - probably because of the
chain of messages just below my initial query. I do not understand why you
bothered to reply if you could not help. But perhaps it is your nature as a
Miss Tick to tick people off when the opportunity arises.!!

Many many thanks for this helpful suggestion - just what I was hoping for.
