have you tried contacting Microsoft directly? These newsgroups are not
monitored by Microsoft except on an occasional basis. Try the Product
Support Services avenue.

contacting God directly ... and see how fast you get a

Actually, I contact them all the time and receive courteous, prompt and
expert service.

Of course, it could just be my attitude. I expect that with your attitude,
the results vary greatly.
