Microsoft Binder when using Office xp?

S

Stuart@Work

Hi all,
I've got a set of users who are used to 'clustering' several files (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) in MS Binder as part of their configuration control. They
then use this single file within our configuration control tool, and will
print (...to pdf) from within this single entity. There is strong pressure
to maintain a single-file solution.
I'm about to deploy a new set of Server2003 WTS devices with Office XP on
and they're getting upset about the loss of MS Binder. What are the options?
Regards and thanks,
Stuart

Hi Stuart,

You can use a custom setup of MS Office 2000 to add
just the binder feature and use on an 'as is' basis.
You will then see a MS Office 2000 install listed in
Add/Remove Programs and if you're using http://officeupdate.com
for updating it will recommend installing Office 2000
updates as well.
