Microsoft cannont even figure this out. Can You!

The server that project server is being installed to has 2 drives c: and d:
Project Server will install to c: with no problems. But fails 75% of the way
throught install when trying to install to d: drive with no error codes
given. All permissions have been checked by us and microsoft and we cannot
figure out why it is stopping. The domain ids have full permissions
everywhere possible.

The only thing that is running on the d: drive is black ice and we are
stopping it to see if it is causaing the problem. We are getting an error in
the event viewer that the pjstate.exe is not being able to
synchronize/execute when trying to install to this drive but we have no
problems when trying to install to c: drive.

These are the only 2 errors in event viewer when trying to install to the d:
drive.
