Microsoft COM Addin Task Solution

I ran across a Com ADD-in that microsoft wrote to task tasks and task
history using a sql server. New and updated tasks would be send via the
add-in to a sql server and stored. It was open source but they stopped
developing it. It was only about 2 months ago that i say it on microsofts
website but I can no longer find it. Does anyone know where i can still
download it? Thanks
