Microsoft date time picker

I put a few folders on a form using the tab control. The
problem is that when I add onto one of them the MS
date/time picker every time I open the form I get
the "error with date time picker" message. If I put it on
base part of the form it I don't get the message, just
when it is in a folder or "tab". Please help if you can.
(other than the message, it seems to work fine.
