Microsoft document imaging to convert Office file to tiff???

Hi Experts,

Microsoft document imaging seems to be really coool. The good part is
that It can convert any office file to MDI(preserving the color) and
has got OCR within too.

Is it possible to develop a utility which can take office file path and
output Tiff file at desired location using MODI. Do i need to write
separate snippets for each diff file(.Doc/.Xls/.PPt) to launch
appropriate VBA?? Looking for a hint.
