This is actually a 2 part question.
1) What is the difference between MSDocument Imaging and Image Writer?
2) We are scanning documents in and saving as a *.tif file. However when
opening these files, we see that some pages need to be rotated. Once the
pages are rotated and we tell it to print as a different *tif file, it then
gives us the error message: "One or more pages in this file cannot be viewed
in Microsoft Office Document Imaging".
The reason for the 2nd 'Print' is that when these files were scanned in,
they were at a resolution that is to high, causing HUGE file sizes. We are
trying to 'compress' the files by printing them to MSODI.
Thanks,
Barb
