Microsoft Document Scanning Error

Has anyone ever encounter the following error in Microsoft Document Scanning -

MSPSCAN.EXE - Unable to locate component

This application failed to start because MSPGIMME.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Followed Microsoft's suggestion to no avail, anyone have any thoughts.
