Microsoft Equation Editor

Mori

Hi

I am trying to use the Equation Editor 3.0 in office 97 but it keeps saying
it is not installed. I have re-installed office but it still will not work.
We have identical machines that it does work on so what could be the
problem?

We have Office 97 professional on Windows 2000 professional.

Thanks
Mori

Is Equation 3.0 listed under Insert | Object | Create New? If so, then EE is
installed. If it is not installed, then you need to rerun setup and select
it from the Office Tools category. If Word crashes when you try to create an
EE object, see http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/EqEditorCrashes.htm
