Microsoft Error Reporting Microsoft Sync Services

Email Client: pop

The error reporting will not stop. It keeps randomly popping up. I have looked in the forums and followed some directions but it continues. Please help me stop this. It is irritating.

have you tried simply turning SyncServices off?? (you can try turning it
back on later anyway),
