microsoft error reporting

I have Office 2004 for Mscintosh. All has been working well until last night
when I was using Word. I suddenly got an Microsoft Error Report which said
I must close Word. I have been unable to restart Word - continue to get the
Microsoft Error Report. I then reintalled Office. Problem persists.

Reinstalling only fixes problems if you run Remove Office first. Work
through the troubleshooting suggestions here:

(hit refresh a few times in Safari, or use a different browser)

If you attempted to manually remove Office, you might need to completely
Remove and Reinstall, as installing over an incomplete installation can just
make things worse.
