HI, I have to do a recall of driver license due dates every day. It take me
for ever to do it row by row. What formula or formulas can I use to do this
the easier way. Thanks

I had difficulty understanding what exactly you wanted. And I've been
assuming you have this information in an Excel spreadsheet. Am I correct?

JoAnn,
Thanks for trying to help. You see, the company has a lot of truck
drivers. They have too be kept current on their license and DOD cards. Yes,
this information is in an Excel spreadsheet. (thank God) I would like it to
have a recall (due) list set up in the spread sheet. The way I'm doing it
now is so time consuming. I no a lot with excel. But this is kicking my ass.
I hope this will help.

I would suggest posting this question over in one of the Excel newsgroups.
I'm sure there's a way to due something that would help you. My Excel skills
are fairly limited so I would just sort by the expiration date. Those whose
licenses are about to expire would be at the top of the list. Yes, pretty
rough - but it would work.

And I'd add that, when you (original poster) post to the Excel group, you
include the information about what it is you're doing so you'll get better
responses. Your question is too vague, really, without the additional
details.
