Microsoft Excel secure print problem

Hi
I'm sending print jobs from Microsoft Excel 2002 with
secure print option and whenever I'm printing multiple
copies (5 copies) and I try to print it, I have to type
my pin code (within the printer)for each job separately.
Can I use this option (Secure print) and type the pin
code just ones?

PS
I tried to use HP laserjet 4050 and Xerox DC425 with the
same resualts.

I suspect the issue is that you are specifing the "copy count" from the
"Print Dialog" instead of the "Printer Setting" dialog that you are
requesting Excel to "SEND X copies of the sheet to the printer" instead
of having the printer "MAKE X copies of the sheet I sent to the printer"
And that results in "X requests for the PIN code" After "File", "Print"
select "Properties" and adjust copy count there.
