Microsoft Exchange offline address book 0X80070002

I get this error repeatedly in the Outlook folder Mailbox\Sync Issues

13:53:59 Synchronizer Version 11.0.8000
13:53:59 Synchronizing Mailbox '[mail mailboxname]'
13:53:59 Done
13:54:00 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
13:54:00 0X80070002

I've looked far and wide but cannot figure out how, why, or what to do.
Thoughts anyone?

Have you talked to the Exchange Admin? Tried posting in an Exchange group
since it is not Outlook's problem?
