Can someone please help me.

I am an outlook express user for my e mails and am trying
to load a programme onto my computer that uses outlook but
when I try to open it a message keeps opening up that i
need to provide a name for my microsoft exchange server
and mailbox and that if I dont know this to contact my
microsoft exchange administrator, please please help
