1. There is no Office 97 Outlook Express.
2. Cancel the Exchange server setup - you are not using one.
3. Get the Internet Mail Ehancement Patch from Office D0wnloads.
4. Upgrade to a supported and working version of Outlook and Office. Office 97 has been out of support for several years and Outlook stank to high heaven back then.

Hi Milly I wasnt linking Outlook Express to microsoft Office 97 just stating
what I have incase it might better help to fix my problem

I have never encountered Microsoft Exchange have no idea what it does or
how it works or what program its linked to if it even is ??

My problem is when I try to send a web page via E-mail it doesnt open up an
Outlook Express mail page

As I said before it brings up Microsoft Exchange setup Wizard my questions
are why and how can I fix it so it opens up an Outlook Express mail page
instead

Any help or advice you or any one else can give is very much appreciated
sincerely Vikki

Then I would ask in an Outlook Express news group as it is not a part of Office.

http://www.insideoutlookexpress.com/ is a good site to do some research as well.
