Microsoft FindFast - do I need to keep this running at StartUp

I use Word 2002 that came with my Gateway computer (XP). I only installed
Microsoft Office 97 to get Exel on my computer to use extremely seldom. Is
FindFast used just for Word documents? If so, is it safe for me to delete it
from startup and maybe totally. I did not install Word 97. Thanks.

You CAN safely disable Find Fast, however, you may encounter some problems if you just delete the shortcut
from the StartUp group (as noted in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article below).
