Microsoft Genuine Advantage - Office 2003 Validation

B

Big Giblets

I have a genuine copy of Office 2003 which was activated when new.
All of the applications loaded run and confirm that they are activated when
I run Help-Activate
I can no longer access the microsoft downloads site as the new validation
software gives this error message:
"This computer has failed validation. Expand for details.
[0x80180101] "
Needless to say the error code isn't in the Knowledge Base
Any help appreciated. TIA.
