Microsoft graphs message comes up on startup. How do I turn off?

I just reinstalled Microsoft office 2003, and now everytime I start up my
computer, I get a message that Micosoft Graphs is unable to run, and the
little paperclip office helper also appears on screen. I click close on the
Microsoft Graph dialog box, and the office helper turns off too. Any ideas
on how to fix this?
