Microsoft has generated errors

Hi, I work in the Tech Support department for my company.
I have a user that can open up any access document. But
then after about 2 or 3 seconds later. A error message
comes up saying that Microsoft Access has generated
errors. Does anybody know a fix to this? Please help!!!!

I recently had this problem when I installed Access 2000 and Office XP was
already installed on the computer.
I just uninstalled the Access 2000 and installed Access XP and it worked
fine.
