Microsoft InfoPath Viewer

L

Landyn

Hi,

I recently e-mailed in and my comments and suggestions
were never replied to.

I was talking about a Viewer for InfoPath. We want to use
it and we want to have 4 or 5 copies of InfoPath and more
than 100 copies of the Viewer - only for viewing and
filling forms out rather than designing them. This is for
a school project. Is there any way of doing this now? If
so, with what applications and where do I get them? If
not, I strongly encourage you to get them.

If we were to buy copies for each computer, the system
administrator would block the ability to design forms to
all computers accept 5. It is not an efficient tool if we
can't use it with every computer we need to - which
includes students' home computers.

I am also want to do HTML forms using Macromedia Studio
MX 2004, Adobe Creative Suite CS (GoLive) and FrontPage
(along with all the other Office tools). What other tools
would I be able to use? What are those tools and can I
use them with all of the above software packages?

Also, I want to create a InfoPath dialog box that
has "Yes" and "No" buttons.

Finally - the code used in InfoPath (with MS Scripter),
what code is it? Is it Visual Basic?

Thanks,

Landyn

Hi Landyn,
Do you have IIS? We have a read-only viewer tool and are looking for
testers.

Cool. If anyone is interested in helping beta-test this viewer (and getting
a free copy as a result) let me know. I'll take the first 15 people who
respond to my -e-mail address at (e-mail address removed). Also,
please let me know if you want to test a mac viewer.

This viewer was developed over a year ago. It works on SharePoint as well,
but it is read-only. I'll send out features and installation instructions to
the beta users.

Cheers,
Patrick

Sung Mi,

Do you happen to know the price of Infoscope? When I looked there was
no price displayed on the Web site.

Thanks

Thanks, Patrick.

I would swear in court that that page wasn't there a few days ago when
I looked last. ... Quite possibly it wasn't. :)
