Microsoft Innovative Process Management (IPM) EPM Solution

Hello,

Is Microsoft’s Innovative Process Management solution released and available
for customer’s use? I could not find solution release information on
Microsoft sites.
Can anybody please provide me with some pointers related to installation of
IPM solution, customizations possible, detailed architecture and
documentation.
