Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 (SP8) (Windows XP)

Looking for Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 7 (SP7) (Windows XP)
I can not find it anywhere and it is needed for access 2003 or so they
say for security.
Where can this be downloaded from I don't find it on their web site my
search comes up empty.
