I found the cure for this sillyness!! What you need to do is to set
read and write permissions not only to the mdb file itself, but also
to the parent directory, and their parent directory. That is all to
it. For example C:\inetpub\wwwroot\hostdaata\blabla.com you have to
set permisssions up to the root Inetpub. This took me 4 hours to
figure it out.
