Microsoft LDAP Directory POPs UP

Upon opening of OUTLOOK, The Microsoft LDAP Directory pops up and requires a
click on either Cancel or OK to continue. Has anyone had this experience
and have a cure to stop this little annoying screen? Thanks for your
help...Arn
