Microsoft license

Does anyone know if I get rid of a computer that I
purchased MS Office 2000 (OEM) with, and then removed it
off the old computer, can I load my CD Office 2000 on my
new computer? Isn't it licensed to me? If so do I have
to register this with Microsoft? Thanks!

An OEM version of Office is licensed to the computer it was originally
installed on. You can not legally install it on another computer. :-(
