Microsoft lost me as a Customer & Beta Tester

I like to said it been fun working and testing Microsoft software and many
programs. But the way it handles it tester and dislike of End-Users.
Microsoft Office Beta team treat beta tester as if they where nothing.

What is the problem? Have you contacted your beta admin mail address to
inquire about your problem? It may not be Microsoft but the Customs in your
country (if applicable) that is the problem.
