Microsoft MBA ... for Blue-Ray Disc

Develop a "first-mover advantage" and a "windows-tie-ins" on the coming
Blue-Ray disc potential. My specific example is a Microsoft Sponsored MBA
Review Product for Blue-Ray called "Microsoft MBA"
A small college called Purdue University Calumet and its School of
Management might just be the right size organization to produce one
efficiently under Microsoft Corporation Sponsorship. My suggestion is for
Microsoft Executives to contact and meet Chancellor Howard Cohen to discuss
its feasibility. Knowing that Purdue University Calumet is interested in
fundraising and expanding its School of Management's exposure and academic
credentialing, as well as knowing that they have the capability to help
develop academic content for such a product, I am hoping that your team will
take the opportunity to act on this idea.

As you know, a single-layer Blu-ray Disc can hold 25GB, which can be used to
record more than 13 hours of standard-definition TV. In my view, this will
open up new opportunities for Microsoft and Purdue University Calumet to team
up and expand their quality brands. A first-mover advantage can be gained in
2006 or 2007 if the film/video is already in production. Final editing can
focus on adding value to the finished product. Microsoft can add
windows-dependent tools within the product. From my point of view, it does
not matter which division or group sets up the partnership. I just wanted to
make the idea of Microsoft's developing a "first-mover advantage" and a
several "windows-tie-ins" on the coming Blue-Ray disc potential more apparent.

If your team looks at the Blu-ray Disc as merely a video delivery platform,
then you might be missing key opportunities to expand the growth of the
windows system technologies. In my view, each new DLL created to add new
magic to the windows system that serves the "business education" community,
positions and maintains windows ahead of Linux each time a new bit of "new
magic" is innovated and embedded in the value product. Now, since worldwide
business education is always evolving, a "Microsoft Sponsored MBA Review
Product for Blue-Ray" is an ideal value-added product to tie in with MS
Office, establish a first-mover presence on Blue-Ray, and ideally, upgrade on
a 2-3 year cycle.

In a few days, the Microsoft Opportunity Management Center will receive an
audio CD containing text-to-speech audio files generated from my MBA outlines
using the MS Agent. Microsoft may keep and share the audio CD disc for study
and brainstorming innovations for a roughly proposed "Microsoft MBA" Blue-Ray
consumer product. I believe that VIBE's research, along with the Adaptive
Systems & Interaction group (ASI) research on automated reasoning can use
this project as a platform to test ideas with consumers and add value to the
consumer experience. I believe that the VIBE Research Group would also know
how to enhance the audio files and how to enhance the idea into a working
model for review. Stretch your imaginations and innovate Microsoft MBA on
high density Blue-Ray discs providing new opportunities to develop higher
value products using mixed media on Blue-Ray.

Microsoft MBA (vision summary)
Ideally, Microsoft MBA would join the list of products as a multipurpose
Blue-Ray product targeted at business, business owners, business education,
college students, government, and training users. MMBA will open up a big
opportunity to support audio, video, and software tools compatible with
Microsoft Office Tools and Technologies. In addition, it should feature an
updated hidden helper system developed by Microsoft Research, that uses
Bayesian Probabilities similar to the Microsoft Assistant Helper
Technologies, for anticipating linked concepts in management education.
Thus, it could offer a customized review experience based upon the user's
prioritization of interests. On a PC, the program would arrange video clips
and outlines in a linked sequence based upon the user's interest.
Similar to the use of probabilities in an old DOS program for the medical
field called QMR (Quick Medical Reference), which was capable of generating a
list of differential diagnoses based upon signs and symptoms, the MMBA logic
engine could generate a list of linked video clips, audio clips, best
practice ideas, and review outlines; and act like a professor or mentor
customizing your business education or mini-review automatically from a
subtle corner menu.

Advanced versions of MMBA could be engineered to run with simple speech
commands to generate audio review clips in the mobile setting. Research on
human-computer interaction (HCI) can be applied to make MMBA a valuable
office tool. If the MMBA project idea garners interest, I would be
interested in working as a consultant or advisor to help it reach maturity,
potential, and fruition.
