Microsoft Money Problem - please help!

I downloaded the trial version of Microsoft Money for my computer last month
and when it expired bought and dowloaded the Microsoft Money Essentials
program. Now I cannot find all of the data (LOTS of it) that I had entered
into the trial version of money and cannot access the previous files with my
new version of money. Worse yet I cannot contact Microsft without paying a
fee regarding the software I just downloaded. This is frustrating - any help
would be appreciated.

I would suggest posting your question in the Money newsgroup because it's
not an Office program.

Can you point me to this forum as is not listed on the left and that link
microsoft.money.public does not take me to a discussion forum. Does anyone
here know the answer? How do I contact microsoft? Thank you,
