Microsoft no take away capability customer has paid for

After going to great lengths to compare MSMoney to other prod., I purchased
MSMoney as a new loyal customer. As a loyal customer utilizing paid for
product, Microsoft has dissallowed me from using it, and has not returned my
payment. What is a Webber to do?

This newsgroup is for the discussion of Microsoft Publisher, not Microsoft
Money.

I suggest you try microsoft.public.money, instead.
