Microsoft notes recording to type

OK I just got Mic Office for Mac and I love the notes feature. However, I don't know how to make me audio recording become type. Does anyone know how to set this up?

Built-in speech recognition in OS X is activated in the Speech panel of
System Preferences. Office supports that feature once it's activated. Check
Mac help on speech recognition.

However, the built-in capability is limited to executing spoken commands. It
doesn't extend to text transcription. If you want that capability you'll
need to invest in additional software such as:
