Microsoft Office 03 end-user licence agreement keeps opening

Hi.
I installed Office 03 Pro on a new HP PC running Vista Business. When I ran
Word for the 1st time I got an incorrect version error from BCM Business
Contact Manager) 07. This was because there was a 60 day trial of Office 07
pre-installed, and I missed uninstalling BCM 07 before installing Office 03.
After clicking ok on the error, Word opened as usual and I was presented with
the End-User licence Agreement. I followed this and registered Office. I then
uninstalled BCM 07 and checked that there were no more applications
associated with the 07 trial.
Now every time I run an Office application I am presented with the end-user
licence agreement. However, when I click "Accept" I no longer get the
activation screen, the program is ready to use. This happens with all the
Office applications.
I have uninstalled & re-installed Office, but I still keep getting the
licence agreement.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, log out of Windows as Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
