It is the Russian Grammar checker and is probably corrupt. Try renaming it
and then running Detect and Repair.

I'm having similar problem with Excel 2003 V11.0
8134.0. Faulting module is hpblffl.dll. Causes Excel to shut down while
working on new documents. If a document is saved, the problem does not
occur.

The name of the faulting module (hpblffl.dll) suggests the driver for an HP
printer, scanner, MFP, or the like. Are you sure you copied the name of the
module correctly? Neither a Google search nor a search at www.hp.com turns
up any hits.

As Suzanne suspected, this is a LaserJet dll and it is probably corrupt. Use
the Printers and Faxes dialog to delete and reinstall the printer driver
(checking that you have the latest driver first.
