Microsoft Office 2000 Premium will NOT install

The following error message appears at the end of an
apparently normal instal process:
Error 1911. Could not register library for file C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\HTML\HTMLMARQ.OCX
When the tab 'Ignore' is pressed the Installer is
terminated.
Word, Excel, Access will open and then shut down.
