Microsoft Office 2003 Picture Manager arrows

When a picture is opened with MS Office Picture manager there are two arrows
at the bottom of the image. < & >. When you click on the arrows it shows
other pictures on your computer. What is this feature and can it be turned
off? I work for a company and the legal dept is not too happy because they
believe that images from their own computer are being forwarded with the
picture through email. I don't see the big deal. Anyways, and help is
appreciated.

In View you have Single Picture selected. In the View menu select one of the
other choices.

They are only forwarded IF they included them in their e-mails. But you
may UNinstall Picture Manager from the legal department PC's to keep
them happy.
