Microsoft Office 2003 Setup.

When attempting to install Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003, I am
able to enter the Product Key but when I select "Next", I receive a Message
"Microsoft Office Setup cannot continue because the installation source has
been corrupted".
Does "Installation Source" refer to the CD?

Visio 2003, Frontpage 2003, Project 2003, .etc) The reason that I ask is
that these applications all start by creating a Local Installation Source.
The error could mean this local source on the hard drive is corrupt.

un-installed it prior to attempting to install Office 2003. I have since
re-installed and then un-installed 2002, but still not able to install 2003.

To rule out the CD, you can copy the entire CD to a folder on your hard
drive and install from there. (make sure you configure windows explorer to
show you all hidden/system files as there are hidden *.cab files on the cd.)
