Microsoft Office 2003

I have recently purchased a new computer with pre installed Vista, I have
loaded Office 2003 from disc which I purchased sometime ago,whenever I start
my computer I receive a message 'Microsoft Office end user agreement' which I
then have to accept (or decline) before proceeding. This message never
appeared on my old computer (XP professional) HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ?

Try R-click, and Run as, Administrator, and then accept the EULA one time.
