Microsoft office 2007 - Issue with Installation - Need help

I am trying to install my Microsoft Office 2007 in my HP PC computer. My
computer has the Windows XP. I also have an existing last version of
Microsoft Office.

During installation, the processing stopped halfway because the
installation was looking for the following files:
Proofing.en-us/proof.fr/proof.cab. I did a browse and clicked on the old
version of Microsoft office but it was an invalid location.

Anyone know whats going on? Should I remove the last version of Microsoft
office before installing Office 2007?

Yes, Uninstall the old version of Office Before you try to install the new
version. Your files will stay intact and Office 2007 will automatically
convert any documents you have on your computer.
