Microsoft Office 203 error...

I've install my Microsoft Office 2003 on a rebuilt Dell C840, and I received
the following message; 'This operating is not presently configured to run
this application'. I've un-install office 2003 and re-install it, and still
get the same error. Does anyone have a fix for this message?
